How to report a bug? - Improper graphics driver keeps being downloaded by Win11 24H2 automatically

Windows keeps forcing a driver update for my Ncvidia RTX3060 GPU that will then cause my system to crash with a BSOD ('CRITICAL_PROCESS_FAILED) with no mini dump file created when it would happen. It took me like a month to figure out the root cause which i am 100% sure is a windows Nvidia driver labeled as 32.0.15.6094 (see below).This driver (shown above) is not even the most current driver for the RTX3060 GPU, which is currently 572.16 per the Nvidia web site.Why does Windows 11 (24H2) keep downloading and overriding the correct driver that i already have installed and how can this be stop
