How to replace a corrupt SSD?

Hi, I'm completely clueless I hope I can get some help. My SSD has corrupted, it's my boot drive but I have 2 other harddrives installed that seem to be okay. I bought a new SSD to replace it but I have no clue on how to proceed after this. I have automatic backups of select important files and folders from that drive but not a full backup of the whole drive. I tried making system images and backups of the drive but they all failed, I assume because it's corrupt? So I'm assuming I need to just start with a fresh install on the new SSD? How would I do that? Any help would be really, really app
