How to remove snipping tool?

My favorite app for taking screenshots was Lightshot, but now with Windows 11, the Snipping Tool was installed and I could no longer use Lightshot. I tried to disable it in every possible way: changing the settings so that the PrtSc key would not activate the app, uninstalling it through the settings or with commands, but every time I press the PrtSc key, the Snipping Tool is activated. It seems like malware at this point! Why is disabling the app not working and what should I do?
