How to remove myself from family groups and use "blocked" websites

I recently moved out of my family house a few months ago and got myself a new laptop yesterday. I logged into my laptop using the account I mainly use, but my dad was the one who made it. I managed to leave my family's old Microsoft Family Safety group, but I still can't log into Webtoon as it still requires me to send a request to an adult in my family?? Despite being the only member of my family group and 19 years old??? Any help would be appreciated
