How to remove "Learn about this picture"

Today, Microsoft installed a new malware update on my PC which forcefully changes my background.Not only that but they added an icon to my desktop which is not able to be deleted, and it opens bing with a singular click (not double-click like any other normal icon)I could complain endlessly about Microsoft installing unwanted software (malware) on the computers of people who did not ask for it.But right now I just really want a way to remove it.I am sorry if this question came off as passive-aggressive. But I am just so not happy with how Microsoft handles this, and I need to let my frustratio
