How to remove HP Spyware?

Hello, I have an HP Victus 15-fb1013dx, and I have about 18 services (that I know about) from HP that I do not want on my computer. I have tried uninstalling these by deleting files, but they keep coming back, I think because Windows re-installs them through updates. I would like these programs gone permanently.Here are the folders in C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository that I believe is most of the HP software I have on my system:I also have an "HP" folder on the root of my C: drive, as well as a few more "HP" and "Hewlett-Packard" folders in my AppData.A service named "HP Insights
