How to remove an old phone from MicroSoft Phone Link on Windows 11

I no longer have possession of my old phone and want to remove it from my devices list in MS Phone Link.All of the instructions I've found require opening the app on the old device, but I don't have that device any longer. How do I remove a device from phone link if I don't have access to that device?
