How to reinstall WSL after a unsuccessful uninstallation?

While trying to uninstall WSL at first I unistall the Ubuntu 22.04 Application and then I delete the WSL file from the "C" Drive .Then when I am trying to reinstall WSL it showing an error of " The system cannot find the path specified. " . I have also tried to shutdown , unregister WSL , still I get the same error. I have tried the following article but still the same error came.https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/troubleshooting
