How to reinstall OneDrive

I have recently bought a new Surface laptop and have been having sync issues with OneDrive. Copilot suggested I uninstall and reinstall OneDrive. I uninstalled it but cannot reinstall as the links to download on Microsoft website result in the following error. If you click "yes" nothing happens it just closes the popups.I work from home on my own device so this is infuriating - please help.Thanks
