How to redownload my win 11 pro upgrade again?

I bought a Dell computer w/ Windows 11 home. I upgraded to Win 11 PRO through the MS Store. My machine crashed. I did factory reset, but it only reset to Win 11 home. How do I redownload my Win 11 PRO upgrade that I purchased from the store?
