How to redo partition to free more space for C:\; unable to run the new windows 11 update due to lack of space

Just bought new laptop not long ago. I was told not to store everything into default C:\ should be partition it and use the new partition drive to store all programs and things. Therefore, I made new partition and name it E:\. But now when I try to run the Windows 11 updates, it ran into error saying something of now enough space, telling me to remove some apps to try again. Searched the web, found somebody showed make new partition from the partitioned drive (E:\) then copy and drop all the folder from E:\ to newer drive, then it should be free to modify E:\ and move the free space back t
