For some reason Microsoft decided to lock me out of my account and make me submit a forum, confirming my identity. But of course, the information I provided was not sufficient to regain access to my account. I have called customer support an uncountable number of times trying to get ahold of an actual human, at this point I am convinced that Microsoft does not have one single person in customer or technical support. I do not have access to my original recovery email because it was deleted by its organization. There are countless amounts of spent money linked to that account and linked accounts
