how to read ETL file

Hi All

One of my office365 user is having issue with outlook, so i have enabled Outlook Troubleshooting Logging, i can see log file and etl files under the below path, how to read the etl files.

C:\Users\John\AppData\Local\Temp\Outlook Logging
