If you want to open a Screenshots image as a snip to re-use it; maybe, you want to mark it up or modify it in some way before using it, again. Well, here is how you can do that:1. Open Snipping Tool from Applications, not via Win+Shift+S nor Print screen key.Now hit Snipping Tool's ellipsis & click on Open FileAnd, NOW, open the same image. Done this way it opens as an actual Snip, again! 

that can be treated & reused however you want, again!
