How to prompt Bitlocker Recovery Screen?

My Windows 11 computer is in a "boot drive missing or boot failed" loop. This is the 2nd time this has happened. When I start the computer it says "boot drive missing or boot failed."The 1st time this happened to me - after hours of troubleshooting, I wasn't able to fix and was about to send my laptop in for repair. But eventually, when I started the computer I was prompted with the Bitlocker Recovery screen. I input my Bitlocker key and the computer finally started up successfully! Crisis averted.My question is, how can I get the Bitlocker recovery screen to prompt on my computer?
