I opened a folder filled with .ogg files and noticed that Windows Explorer froze for a long time. The number of files wasn't large, and I didn't experience any lag when opening folders containing even more files. Upon further investigation, I realized that my folder view was set to "Details," and it seemed that Explorer was attempting to read the metadata of each .ogg file every time I opened the folder, which caused the slowdown.
