How to prevent users from disabling S-mode easily

Hi there,I'm just wondering, according to this article(Switching out of S mode in Windows - Microsoft Support), users can switch out of S-mode by themselves, but would there be any way we could prevent users from switching out of S-mode by themselves?The assumption here is to provide Windows devices to students, and we want them not to be able to download and install any other apps than those from the Microsoft Store.
