How to prevent users from adding networked printers with "Add device" in Printers & scanners

In our implementation of Windows 11 Pro using AzureAD/Entra ID, going to Settings>Bluetooth & devices>Printers & scanners>Add device finds a list of network printers. Currently, any standard user can add any of the printers and then print to it. How do I prevent standard users from adding these printers to their computers?
