How to prevent my laptop (Windows 10) from DISCONNECTING from Wi-Fi when it goes in sleep mode.

Here is my issue:Every time my laptop goes to sleep, it automatically disconnects from Wi-Fi which is very disturbing and annoying.(1)Please convey to me how to prevent this from happening ORIf in a very unfortunate situation, no such option exists, then please tell me how to RE-CONNECT to Wi-Fi after sleep mode. Because every time I come back from sleep mode, a "globe-like symbol" is there and somehow no Wi-Fi connections are appearing and in the end, I have to close all my work and restart the laptop.
