how to prevent my audio input from picking up my audio output

my audio input detects any speech coming from my audio output. any game or video's speech can be heard by people in discord. it is only when voices are hear d does it pick up. im using headphone so it cant just be that my mic hears the stuff. it picks it up at the same volume as me talking to i cant just up the detection volume.i had this problem off and on for years.i am using realtek audio driver, updating and reinstalling havent worked. any idea of whats causing this and how to fix it?
