How to pause for required user before face recognition starts in windows hello?

I need to separate accounts for work and non-work purposes. Windows Hello face recognition has been set-up on one account. However, the moment I open the laptop, the face recognition kicks in logging in into the account. I do not get a chance to select any other user to login. Is there a way - to disable auto-recognition on wake up & manually click on face sign-in option? The only option I see today is to disable windows hello face recognition.
