How to Open Downloads Folder in a New Tab in File Explorer?

When I download a file, my browser notifies me that the download is complete. Upon opening the downloaded file, the Downloads folder opens in a new File Explorer window. However, I prefer the Downloads folder to open as a new tab in my existing File Explorer window, which already has multiple tabs open. How can I achieve this? The default behavior seems to be opening the Downloads folder in a new window, which I want to avoid.
