I recently installed a program on my Surface Pro laptop which is running Windows 11. I have two administrator accounts on the laptop. The program is only able to open on the Admin 1 (that was set up when the computer was first set up). When I go into the program files on Admin 2 and found the program, I attempted to open it, including using the run as administrator option, and editing the folder to allow all users to edit the files. However, the program does not open on Admin 2. I click on it and it does nothing. No error messages, no pop-ups at all. It only opens when I am on Admin 1's accoun
