How to obtain pre-auto-update manifest for Windows 11 Pro

Is there a pro-active manifest of the up-coming updates with mitigation steps for each feature upgrade (and while at it, an explanation of what I am trying to evaluate/accept)?The past six-months, after the monthly update on my personal laptop operating Windows 11 Pro with Microsoft Office Suite and add-on MS products, I have needed to take time off from work 4-15 hours on any given month to repair settings that have been overwritten by the monthly updates.
