How to move Public folders from C: to new D: drive using Win 11 Pro

What I thought would be a straightforward task is proving difficult. I'm setting up a new Dell XPS/Win 11 Pro that only shipped with a 512GB SSD. I added a 2TB SSD. I was able to redirect my user folders to D by going to System>Storage>Where new content is saved. I'm unable to figure out how to move the Public folders (Doc, Music, Video, Downloads) to D. I've looked through several posts on this topic and have yet to find a solution. I understand that the shell folder "Public" can't be moved and have created a Public folder on the new D drive.
