How to move my local OneDrive folder to normal user account (and completely disconnect my PC from Microsoft)?

So, I recently installed Windows 11 Pro on a new computer. It's been a while since I installed Windows and just followed the recommended prompts. So, my computer was linked to my Microsoft account (which I didn't really want).When I saw that OneDrive was by default backing up my Documents folder, I detached OneDrive from my computer and then uninstalled OneDrive. At least, I'm pretty sure that's what I did (it was a week ago).I set up my computer so that I could RDP into it. But I didn't want to use my Microsoft account & password to do so.
