how to migrate files and apps from win 10 drive to win11 drive

how to migrate files and apps from win 10 drive to win11 drive? I had to install a new drive to load windows 11. I tried recovery from back up but it didn't recover all my files and applications. Is there a way to do this? Windows 10 hard drive still installed and accessable.
