How to lock This PC shortcut icon on Home Screen

I have created a shortcut desktop icon for This PCI position this icon to the second icon down on left-hand of Home ScreenWhen the laptop starts, this icon always moves to the bottom of the icon list on the left-hand side, and the original position is now blankAll other icons are in their original position. It is only This PC icon that changes position on startup How can I lock this icon, so that it is always in the same position when the system starts?
