How to lock the highlight color in Snipping Tool

Hello everyone,is there any way that I can fix the color used to highlight a section of the caption taken with Snipping Tool?At the moment, as I click the highlight-tool, each time a pop-up (if that's what its called) is shown,and you have to select the highlighting color.It would be nice if one could fix it to a preselected color, and not need to choose it each and every time you want to highlight something.I tried to look in the setting, but didn't manage to funs anything related to this.As I recall it, in Win 10 there was a was to select and fix the highlighting color.
