How to link Win10 lisence to my Microsoft account if there's no "add account" option

I was trying to follow the instructions here: Activate Windows - Microsoft Support But I got stuck in step 3 because there's no "add account" option for me. The activation status is "activated", since I used the product key I bought when making the clean installation of the OS and it works fine. It's just that I want to link it to my Microsoft account in case I need to change hardware I can still use it with the new one.How can I do it if there's no "add account" option in the menu?PD: I'd link images b
