My Device Manager Settings for the RealTek Controller:
- Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power is checked OFF.
- Energy Efficient Ethernet is Disabled.
- Wake on Magic Packet is Enabled.
- I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it.

Power & Sleep Settings:
- Balanced Plan.
