How to Interpret MemoryDiagnostics-Results

Hello,Recently my PC is not working right (Games Slow, Taskmanager no reply, Long bootups, Windows updater stuck half way etc.). So I wanted to check it. During it I ran the MemoryDiagnostics tool.
