How to install the HID-compliant touch screen to the Device Manager's HID list - it is missing

My Lenova ideapad flex 5 i7 10th generation laptop's touch screen just stopped working (Windows 11). I've looked through some of the other questions about this issue and all seem to lead to updating the driver listed under the Device Manager's Human Interface Devices (HID) list and the Updating it from there. The problem is my HID-compliant touch screen option is no longer listed so I cannot update it. How do I reinstall it? Where do I find it?
