How to install SQL Server 2022 Developer Editon "Basic" that is compatible with Windows 11, please help.

I am trying to install SQL Server 2022 for Windows 11, but it gives an error: "Developer Edition Oops ... Unable to install SQL Server (setup.exe). Exit code (Decimal): -2068052310Error description: An installation package for the product Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server cannot be found. Try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package 'msoledbsql.msi'.", I did install the latest version of OLE DB 19.3.5 and I tried to install it but it said not compatible, Then I tried with 19.3.3 installed but still got the same error and the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributab
