How to install bluetooth drivers?

[Windows 10]

I recently got new bluetooth headphones because the wire gets in the way alot.I tried to connect them and it said that "Bluetooth is not compatible" all the Microsoft help pages didn't help. I have a custom made PC.Can somebody help me?
