I work with a large library of documents on my hard drive that I need to locate quickly. I never had any issues with file explorer, and have usually always gotten the results I want. Yesterday, I installed 2024-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5044285). Now, file explorer searches are terrible. They are slow and do not return the most obvious results (which I know are there), even when I search within a subfolder and feed it search terms that I know are in the document body and/or file name.
