How to hide an NTFS volume on a USB flash drive from other PCs

Hi I am trying to format a partition on a USB flash drive in such a way that it is hidden from other PCs that it gets plugged into. I am trying to format it so that when I plug it into my computer, I can see it but on other PCs I can't. I have tried mounting it in an NTFS folder and not creating a drive letter, which works for the most part, but when it gets plugged into my computer all partitions are assigned a drive letter and therefore everything can be seen.
