How to have access to my computer after unintentionally entering the wrong PIN

Hello, Being busy with something else and distracted, I accidentally entered the wrong PIN several times over spaced-out periods. Even after restarting my computer and entering the correct PIN this time, I keep getting the same error message: *"A problem has occurred, and your PIN is not available (code: 0xd000025). Click to set up your PIN again."* So, I followed the instructions and clicked the link, which took me to a page where I had to sign in to my Microsoft account.
