How to get Windows 11 again after laptop died updating from Windows 10

My laptop was updating to windows 11 and then died because I forgot to charge it. My laptop is now still on windows 10 and I can't find any notification or tab to install windows 11. I have checked the update history and there is nothing on windows 11 being installed. I got my windows activation digitally as my laptop came with a free upgrade to windows 11. I've restarted the laptop multiple times but still nothing. I just want to know how to get it back.
