How to get the windows 11 file explorer layout back?

I get it Windows 11 file explorer sucks! It looks bad and some people can't stand the look. But there is some features that I actually use that is exclusive to the windows 11 file explorer look, like the file explorer tabs, so can someone help find a fix? Thank you.
