How to get rid of "Can't open AsIO.sys !! (2)" pop up

When I turm on my computer I get many pop-ups saying "Can't open AsIO.sys !! (2)" when I click "ok" it pops up again, this happens around 8 times before stopping.I changed my RAM, CPU and graphics card recently if that has something to do with it.If anyone knows how to fix it it would be much appreciated, thanks
