How to get rid of a popup that mentions Microsoft Office

I'm getting this popup I noticed that Pc App Store is apparently making this offer. I've encountered other situation where PC App Store was probably installing software on one's computer or phone that give them access to issue the popup. I'm not an attorney, but it seems to me that the FTC mind consider this kind of activity improper. But I digress. In the other instance of this kind that I experienced, the only way I found to get rid of it was to actually purchase the item.
