How to get past windows stuck on loading without logo?

[Windows 10]

In normal Windows 10 boot sequence, first the loading with logo appears. Then another loading screen appears without logo. After that the lock screen comes.But in my computer, an issue has occurred where it doesn't get past the second stage (loading screen without logo). I tried leaving it on, but no difference. I did notice that the loading wheel is very laggy compared to with the logo.Does anyone know how to get the computer to get past this screen and boot?
