How to get out of Bitlocker without a key

Hi today I was playing Minecraft when my laptop shut down I went to turn it back on but it just made me go into Bitlocker. I went online trying to figure out a reason for this and found out I needed some kind of key. I went on my Microsoft account to find it but it wasn’t there so after I tried to full reset my laptop but it wouldn’t let me. What do I do?
