How to get my account back that’s been hacked and all the support online does not help at all?

I accidentally gave my recovery code or a code of some sort away because I got tricked and now I’m locked out of my laptop cannot sign in as it says “This device is locked by an administrator. Have any of the administrators sign in to unlock it.” I can’t change passwords or get through with account recovery request. Is there any way to get my account back? It seems that I can’t find any way to get any support from Microsoft
