How to get Microsoft to disable my Bitlocker remotely

Hi Microsoft team, My laptop (personal one not the work one), automatically went into AutoRepair and I'm unable to access where my Bitlockers are. I already look it into Curry's PC World (The place I bought it from) for repair and have looked at all possible accounts to find the Bitlocker key but none of them seem to have the Bitlocker on it. I really need the data and the Curry's team already tried to do data recovery on it and even manually taking out the hard-drive but was unable to as the Bitlocker was still on it.
