How to get into my computer even though it won’t let me setup my pin

I’m currently on windows 11, in an attempt to enable secure boot on my computer, I enabled diagnostic start up on my computer and restarted it after. My computer came on and now it won’t let me login into my computer as it says o need to setup my pin, however; when I try to do that It tells me that I need to search in the App Store for it, but I need to be logged in to do it, as of right now I have no way of gettin into my computer and I’m completely stuckOn top of that my BIOS also will not pop up when going thru the process of trying to bring it up, my screen just turns black and it never ap
