How to get files restored with windows file restore back into the right format? From .zip to .xlsx

I accidentally 'deleted' a number of files. I think I was able to get them back with Windows File Recovery, but I can't know for sure.The original file type was an Excel (.xlsx) file, and Windows File Recovery recovered a folder called "Zip." Within that folder was a compressed zip folder named "0.zip" Within that folder are two other folders ("_rels" and "docProps") as well as "[content_Types].xml". I believe these to be metadata folders for an Excel file.I've copied the 0.zip file and changed the extension to .xlsx. When it opens up Excel, I get the error that "file format is not valid." I'v
