My friend attempted to launch his PC but once getting to the sign in menu it blue screened and restarted, it has been in a restart cycle every since. The stop code is "SYSTEM_ THREAD _EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED", and it says "Ntfs.sys" is what failed. I have tried booting into a boot drive usb which I have made but blue screens shortly after, making it so I cannot repair or trouble shoot. I have tried to boot into safe mode but it already appears to be trying to do that after a couple restarts. It will say "Diagnosing your PC" only to blue screen again. I can launch into bios fine but after rebooti
