How to get bitlocker recovery key fo specific key id?

Hello!My laptop just got blue screen that need bitlocker recovery key, I've tried find the key from my Microsoft account, but there's only difference key id, like the device need key id: 123, but there's only one recovery key for key id: 345. What should i do? TIA
